Contact Permission Notice: We use READ_CONTACTS
permission only when you explicitly choose to import contacts for event
invitations. With your consent, your contact data may be securely stored
on our servers to help you easily invite friends and family to your
events and to enable seamless event management across devices.
Information We Collect
Contact Information (Optional)
Festive Invite may access your device's contact list only when you:
- Explicitly grant permission to access contacts

Choose to use the "Select from Contacts" feature when adding guests to
events

Tap the "Import from Contacts" button in the guest management section
Important: With your explicit consent, selected contact
data may be securely transmitted and stored on our servers to support
event invitation and guest management features. We do not access or
store your contacts without your permission.
Account Information
- Name and email address from Google or Apple Sign-In
- Profile information from your authentication provider
Event Data
- Events you create (name, date, location, description)
- Guest lists for your events
- RSVP responses from invited guests
- Event templates and customizations
How We Use Your Information
Contact Data Usage
When you grant contact access, we use this information to:
- Display your contacts in a searchable list for easy selection

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Changes will be posted
in the app with an updated date.
For Google Play Store Compliance:
We use android.permission.READ_CONTACTS exclusively for user-initiated
contact selection when creating event guest lists. With your explicit
consent, selected contact data may be stored on our servers to enable
event invitation and guest management features. Users maintain full
control over contact access and can use the app without granting this
permission.
